Administrative and Sales support for Subsidiary

Main Responsibilities:
- Daily Monitoring of commercial and administrative issues of the company’s Russian subsidiary (Moscow region) and communication with the local team.
- Managing email/telephone-based enquiries, allocating to the relevant team member.
- Organizing meetings/ video conferences
- Facilitating the communication between departments in the two countries (eg. Legal)
- Compilation of deliverables and monitoring of task completion
- Coordination and organization of visits to and from Russia.
- Follow-up and support of tasks
- Compilation of relative reports
- Frequent visits to Russia and CIS countries
Requirements:
- Greek, Russian (and English) fluent written and spoken (Proficiency Level)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic IT competence
- Higher Education degree
