Main Responsibilities:
- Controlling orders with all relevant information and managing communication with Customers
- Proactive style of working within the agreed timelines, quality and quantity standards
- Cooperating with internal departments (i.e. sales, logistic, financial)
- Following internal controls requirements and complies with company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Team player
- Accurate, well organized, flexible and open for challenges person
- Ability to perform analysis and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (outlook, excel, word)
- Ability to work based on changing priorities
- Basic Experience in working directly with Customers and kowledge CRM Class systems will be additional benefits
- Fluent in Polish, English and Russian, both verbally and written
