Junior Market Developer Russia

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain an excellent relationship with our operational partner
• Grow our Market share in the countries you are responsible for
• Improve results by using data, user data, payment data, site data, behavioral data etc
• Creating new insights by using data analysis
• Grow the Conversion Rates (Click 2 Lead) on our products
• Responsible for the costs, margin and profit in your countries
• Monitor the quality of your products and deliveries
• Achieve the individual targets
• Set planning with the Head of Sales for each quarter
• Secure the progress and planning for all projects
• Responsible for the full cycle of new product development
• Create a Competition Analysis to ensure contracts over competitive offers
• Guidance of CR (click 2 lead) optimizations (in cooperation with traffic network and Harlem Next)
• Set up management report for local results, projects, concepts and promotools

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in affiliate marketing or analytical role or similar
• Fluent in Russian writing and speaking
• Experience in working with targets
• Fluent in English writing and speaking
• Communicatively strong
• Preferably living in the Netherlands
• Analytical skills
