Office Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Personal administrative support to the CEO and team;
- Travel Arrangements (extensive remit); booking of travel and researching itineraries and quotes;
- Managing the diaries and schedules of the CEO and partners;
- Event planning;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and agencies (e.g. parent company, IT support, HR support);
- User manager for information systems;
- Purchasing of office supplies and equipment;
- Working closely with accountants to ensure up to date inventories and insurance for high-value client assets (artwork, cars, jewellery etc);
- Reception and hospitality arrangements for office visitors;
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an office management/administrative/PA role;
- Fluent in Russian and English languages;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- A high level of experience in the use of administrative IT (MS OFFICE and other common applications);
