Relocation Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare various HR documents: employment agreements, changes to employment terms, employer’s statements, 30% ruling, etc.
  • Support the onboarding process of our new and relocated colleagues.
  • Coordinate the relocation of our employees, providing international employees and their families with all-round support, consulting them on various aspects of their moves to Amsterdam until they have settled, and monitoring each part of the relocation process in line with time and budget requirements.
  • Prepare all residence permit application documents for employees and their family members.
  • Help employees get orientated and settled into their new environment.
  • Book appointments at the IND and municipality upon arrival.
  • Arrange temporary accommodation for employees and their family at one of the corporate apartments.
  • Support employees with the registration of their permanent residence address in the Netherlands, opening a bank account, and obtaining insurance.
  • Apply for child and family benefits and assist employees in their search for a nursery, kindergarten, or school.
  • Provide status reports and relocation costs (including related taxation) for the payroll process.
  • Translate documents and incoming correspondence, both on your own and with the help of a certified translator.
  • Organize support for employees with their first annual income tax declarations through external services.
  • Keep up with changes to the laws regarding entry and residence regulations in the Netherlands.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to local and global HR projects and initiatives.


  • Combination of education and/or experience relevant to the role.
  • At least 1-3 years of administrative experience. Experience in HR operations and/or relocation is a big plus.
  • Fluency in English and Russian, knowledge of the Dutch language is a big plus.
  • Desire to learn and develop professional knowledge and expertise.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
