Main Responsibilities:

• Project management
• Implementation and management of new projects
• Identifying threats/problems related to the implementation of new projects
• Active participation in contributing to the improvement of products, processes, and solutions
• Leading, managing, and motivating the team
• Being the point of contact between the team and the business partner
• Ensure quality standards, and monitor quality performance and progress
• Supporting employees in their daily activities

Requirements:

• You know English (B2) and Russian (B2)
• You have well-developed organizational skills
• You're proactive
• Multitasking is not a challenge for you
